What the website processes
When you request a page, essential network data can be processed to deliver and secure it: IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser and device information, transport and security signals, and technical error information. This is necessary for reliable delivery, abuse prevention and diagnosis.
The legal basis is Manazyr's legitimate interest in operating a secure, available and efficient website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Manazyr does not use these requests to build visitor profiles or to measure advertising audiences.
Hosting, security and international processing
Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery, hosting and security. It may process limited request and network metadata in Europe and the United States to provide those services. Cloudflare acts as a processor for customer logs under its Data Processing Addendum, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Manazyr has not enabled visitor analytics or advertising on this website and does not maintain a separate audience database. Technical data is retained only for as long as needed to provide, protect and troubleshoot the service, according to the service configuration and the applicable Cloudflare terms. Email and project enquiries
The site has no contact form. If you choose to email Manazyr, the information you provide can include your email address, name, message and standard email headers. It is processed to answer the request, provide Kaenyr support or take steps toward a DÆG Studio or Manazyr project.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, or Manazyr's legitimate interest in answering genuine enquiries. The current mailbox is provided by Google. Routine messages are kept only while they are needed for the reply and reasonable follow-up; project, support or transactional records can be retained longer where necessary for the relationship, legal obligations or legal claims.
Cookies and device storage
The website uses no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. A small session-storage preference can remember that you closed the privacy notice, and the website framework can use temporary session storage to keep navigation reliable. These values stay in the current browser tab, contain no user account or advertising identifier and are not sent to Manazyr.
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie only when a security or traffic-protection feature requires it. Full details are in the Cookie Policy.
External links
Facebook, Instagram and MET Norway appear only as ordinary links. No content, pixel or software from those services is loaded on manazyr.com. A platform receives information only after you choose to follow its link, and its own privacy terms then apply. The website is configured not to send the current page address as a referrer on those external links.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Manazyr does not make automated decisions about website visitors and does not conduct profiling.
Send a request to daegatlas@gmail.com. Requests are handled without undue delay and normally within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with Romania's supervisory authority, the ANSPDCP.
Portfolio imagery and changes
Questions or rights requests concerning an identifiable person in DÆG Studio portfolio imagery can be sent to the same privacy contact. Material changes to this policy will update the effective date above.
