1. Seller, Store and scope
Manazyr is operated by a Romanian authorised sole trader identified on the Legal Information page. These terms apply to digital products presented on manazyr.com and must be read together with the product page, order summary, Digital Product License, Refund and Withdrawal Policy and the transaction terms shown at checkout.
For a transaction completed through Stripe Managed Payments, Link is the Merchant of Record presented to the customer as “Sold through Link”. Stripe and Link administer payment processing, applicable indirect taxes, the transaction receipt and transaction-level support under their terms. Manazyr remains responsible for the Product Files, the product license, secure digital delivery and product-specific support. This Merchant of Record arrangement applies only to transactions actually completed through Managed Payments.
2. Product and price
MANAZYR CINEMA — Volume 01 is digital content supplied electronically. Version 1.0.0 contains eight Adobe XMP Lightroom presets, an XMP-only bulk-import archive and English documentation. It does not contain LUT or CUBE files.
The confirmed base price is 99 RON, inclusive of applicable indirect taxes. When Stripe Adaptive Pricing is available, checkout may show a local-currency equivalent whose converted amount can vary. The final currency and tax-inclusive total are shown before payment is confirmed. A displayed product page does not itself complete an order.
3. Order and payment
An order is accepted only after the payment provider confirms the relevant payment and the Store can verify the transaction. Failed, cancelled, incomplete or unverifiable sessions do not create download access.
Payment-card credentials and any Link credentials are entered into Stripe's hosted checkout, not into Manazyr's website. Manazyr does not store full card details.
4. Immediate digital delivery
The product is intended for electronic delivery after verified payment. Before immediate delivery, checkout requires the customer to request immediate supply and to acknowledge the effect that beginning digital delivery can have on any statutory withdrawal right.
Before purchase, the customer must review the current compatibility disclosure, XMP format, available installation information, product description and license. Compatibility must not be assumed where the product page marks validation as pending.
5. License and permitted use
Purchase grants a license to use the Product Files; ownership of the preset files and associated intellectual property is not transferred. The standard license is commercial but limited to one individual editor. Full permissions and restrictions appear in the Digital Product License.
6. Support, conformity and refunds
For a missing or corrupted download, a material mismatch with the description or a technical issue, contact Manazyr with the order number, purchase email, product name, issue description and relevant Adobe application and version.
Transaction-level refund and withdrawal requests for a Managed Payments purchase are handled through Link support, subject to mandatory consumer law. Manazyr handles missing or corrupted files, installation assistance and product-conformity support. Nothing in these terms removes remedies for faulty, corrupted, materially misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming digital content.
7. Updates and third-party software
Manazyr may issue fixes, replacement files or updates at its discretion. No entitlement to future versions, new products or perpetual updates exists unless expressly stated on the product page or order confirmation.
Adobe software and compatible hardware are not included. Adobe may change its applications, import paths or compatibility, and Manazyr cannot guarantee perpetual compatibility with every release, camera, profile, operating system or device.
8. Law and mandatory rights
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the Manazyr operator and the transaction terms shown at checkout, without excluding mandatory consumer protection available in the customer's country of residence. If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, mandatory law prevails.
