Do not email private camera frames, notes, coordinates, purchase receipts or complete backup files unless Manazyr requests one specific item and you choose to provide it.
Privacy-safe diagnostics
Kaenyr can create a privacy-safe diagnostic report from Settings. Review it before using the system Share action; the app never uploads the report automatically.
Purchase support
Use Restore Purchases in the Kaenyr Pro screen or Settings if a previous non-consumable purchase is not visible. Use the same Apple Account as the original purchase. Never send payment-card information to support.
Osenyr AI
Osenyr AI in version 1.0 works locally and within a deliberately limited photography and Kaenyr scope. It cannot browse the web, alter saved readings or answer unrelated general-purpose questions. When reporting a problem, include the exact question and displayed limitation message without adding private project information.
Offline operation
Camera measurements, saved History, local Help, Osenyr AI and Sun/Moon calculations are designed to work offline. App Store purchases, Restore Purchases and optional Kaenyr Pro weather require the corresponding Apple or network services. Weather is requested only after opt-in and sends rounded coordinates plus your IP address directly to MET Norway, not to Manazyr; see the Privacy Policy for MET’s processing and retention details.
Local data
History and calibration data are stored on your device. Use Kaenyr’s backup and export tools before removing the app or erasing the device. Manazyr cannot recover local data from a server because version 1.0 has no cloud account or automatic synchronization.
Measurement expectations
Phone cameras are not spectrometers, calibrated incident-light meters, CRI/TLCI/SSI meters or laboratory colorimeters. Kaenyr labels values as measured, estimated, calculated or user-entered according to their source and exposes Stability and Confidence to help you judge current conditions.
