Rights holder and scope
Copyright holder: Tanasa Romeo Iulian Persoană Fizică Autorizată. DÆG Studio and Manazyr are the brands under which the protected visual works are published. These terms cover DÆG Studio portfolio photographs, Manazyr product-preview and comparison images, social-preview images and their web derivatives published on manazyr.com.
Publication grants no license
All rights are reserved. Viewing an image on this website, opening its URL or saving a technical copy for normal browser display does not grant permission to copy, extract, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, include in a dataset, use for machine-learning training, create derivative works from or remove rights information from it, except where mandatory law expressly permits otherwise.
Credit, attribution, the absence of a watermark or the availability of a downloadable web preview does not replace written permission and does not waive any rights.
Request image-use rights
A request may be sent to the address below. Include the exact image or page URL, intended use and media, territory, duration, publication or campaign and requested resolution.
Requests are considered individually and may be refused. Sending a request, receiving an acknowledgement, discussing terms or receiving a quotation does not grant permission. A license exists only after the rights holder provides a separate written agreement identifying the image and permitted use, and all stated conditions, including any payment, are satisfied.
Other rights remain separate
Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, an image license does not include model, personality, privacy, property, venue, artwork, trademark or other third-party rights. The licensee remains responsible for obtaining every additional permission required for the intended use.
Digital products are separate
The Manazyr Digital Product License applies only to Product Files lawfully acquired through the Manazyr Store and to rendered outputs expressly permitted by that license. It does not license portfolio photographs, product-page previews, before-and-after comparisons, contact sheets, marketing images or other website visuals. An image-use agreement does not grant access to preset files, raw scene-layer files, guides or other Product Files.
Rights and removal contact
Licensing, rights-holder and removal requests may be sent to the same address. A removal request is handled separately and does not itself establish ownership or grant usage rights.
