1. Product Files and ownership
This license covers MANAZYR CINEMA — Volume 01, including its XMP preset files, documentation and related digital materials. Manazyr retains all rights, title and interest in the Product Files, creative settings, documentation, branding and associated intellectual property.
2. Single-user commercial grant
Subject to payment and compliance with this license, one licensed individual receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the Product Files.
- Install and use the Product Files on devices personally owned or controlled by that individual.
- Keep a reasonable backup copy and save personal workflow variants.
- Create an unlimited number of personal, client and commercial rendered output images.
- Sell, license, publish, exhibit and distribute rendered or flattened output images without attribution.
3. Teams and client work
A business license must be assigned to one individual editor. Every additional editor needs a separate license unless a written team or multi-user license states otherwise. Clients may receive final rendered or flattened images, but not the preset files. A receiving editor who needs editable source files containing the Product Files must hold an appropriate license.
4. Restrictions
The licensed user may not:
- Sell, resell, share, gift, upload, publish, sublicense, transfer or redistribute the Product Files.
- Place them in a shared drive, public repository, marketplace, membership library or download service.
- Include them in a transferable catalog, template, plugin, application, course resource or client source package.
- Distribute modified or substantially equivalent copies, or repackage the settings as a competing preset product.
- Remove license or identification information, claim authorship, or allow several people to use one single-user license.
5. Updates, requirements and results
Fixes, replacements or updates may be issued at Manazyr's discretion. Future versions, new products and perpetual updates are included only when expressly stated on the product page or order confirmation.
Results vary with source file, camera, profile, lens, lighting, Exposure, White Balance, subject, display and further edits. Preview images show a creative direction and do not guarantee an identical result for every photograph.
6. Warranty, liability and mandatory law
Manazyr warrants only that the delivered Product Files will materially correspond to their description at delivery, subject to mandatory law. To the maximum extent legally permitted, no particular creative, commercial or technical outcome is guaranteed.
Nothing in this license excludes statutory warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where liability may lawfully be limited, aggregate liability relating to the Product will not exceed the amount paid for it.
7. Termination
The license starts when the Product Files are downloaded, installed or used and terminates automatically after a material breach. On termination, use must stop and all copies must be deleted. Lawfully created output images distributed before termination do not need to be withdrawn unless mandatory law or a court order requires it.
